If you would prefer to use e-mail to place your order, please

Placing An Order Via Regular Mail

To place an order in regular mail, please:

• Print out, complete, and mail the order form to the address shown on the contact page.
• Enclose a personal check, bank draft, or money order drawn in U.S. Dollars with your order form.
  • We strongly suggest you do not send cash through the mail.
  • We cannot accept COD orders or foreign currency at this time.

Shipping

• Please allow at least two weeks for delivery
• Standard shipping is 4th class media mail within the United States.
• There will be an additional charge for shipping outside the US; please contact us for further information.
• If you desire alternate shipping arrangements, please note your desired shipping method when ordering. You will also need to add an amount sufficient to cover the additional shipping charge. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions.

International Orders

• Books ordered from the web site and marked as "Includes International Shipping" have the cost of international shipping included in the listed price. If you are ordering more than three books, and would like a quote for a combined
  shipping rate, or have any questions, please contact us.
